AFO Realty was started to be something bigger than just one person. AFO has two meanings:

If at the end of the day, we can say we've made it more about our clients, have empowered our team members to be the best they can be, and we have glorified God; we've had a successful day.

David Tunnicliffe
David Tunnicliffe is the consummate professional realtor. He has managed many multi million dollar deals as a commercial realtor and was a VP in his prior company before deciding to take on a new challenge in early 2020. His broad experience, high ethical standards and passion for getting the best he can for his clients has been his hallmark in his career with many clients following David in his recent move.
David has launched an independent brokerage firm to continue with commercial real estate while expanding his field into residential real estate. He has a thorough knowledge of the area having lived here since 2003.
He attended Old Dominion University, graduating with double major in Business, minor in Music Performance, Honor’s College and participation on the varsity sailing team. David, his wife and three children enjoy spending time with friends, on the water and at church.
